The allergy drug Singulair is under a Food and Drug Administration investigation into a possible link with the drug and suicide and that worries some pharmacists.
Al Garrett has a lot of customers of his rural parker county drug stores who are taking Singulair so the investigation is getting his attention.  He says a lot of young people take that medication but says there's not much he can do about it. 
Garrett says he doesn't want to scare people but suggests parents should pay the same attention to their children as if they were on anti-depressants like Prozac and stay in touch with their pharmacists at least until the FDA's is done with its investigation.
