Are Teachers With Guns In Texas Schools Breaking The Law?

Anti-gun activists have a small north Texas school district in their sights because teachers are allowed to carry pistols on campus.
The Harrold school district grabbed national headlines recently because of their policy allowing teachers with concealed carry license to have guns in class.  But, Marsha McCartney with the "Brady Campaign to Stop Gun Violence" says they're breaking the law, because only peace officers can do that.
But, James Dark with the Texas State Rifle association says that's a misreading of the law.
Governor Perry this week came out and said he thinks what Harrold schools are doing is fine.
