Police have now filed charges against the partner of a man killed in a Tarrant County home invasion last week.  John Pierson is still recovering from a shotgun blast fired by a Blue Mound homeowner fighting for his life after two men kicked in his front door.  Dakota Benoit was killed after the homeowner wrestled a shotgun out of his hands and opened fire.  Now, Pierson is charged with committing a burglary while intending to murder someone.  His bail is 250-thousand dollars.
