New law enforcement coordination is keeping more drugs out of Texas. DPS Pilot Lt. Stacy Holland is in the air spotting the drugs. “Obviously some loss of inventory and overall chaos on their end is obviously what we’re after.” Chaos is what they’re getting. On DPS Video it shows one smuggler running from law enforcement and driving their truck loaded with marijuana right into the Rio Grande where there are rafts waiting to take the drugs back to Mexico. Holland says they know that the smugglers will try again that’s why he will be in the sky waiting.
