Dallas Student's Parents Sue Over His Death

A lawsuit has now been filed by the parents of a Dallas student who died while attending Prairie View A-and-M.  Donnie Wade Junior was a 2007 graduate of Life School, a private academy in Oak Cliff.  Last month, he collapsed and died while running at a high school track near the Prairie View campus.  His  parents and their lawyer believe Wade was forced to run to exhaustion, clad in warm clothing, as part of a three-week long fraternity hazing ritual.  The lawsuit names several defendants that include the university and the fraternity.
