A high-profile defense attorney may have to defend himself in a complaint about a kiss.
Jerry Loftin is scheduled to go on trial in October on a count of assault by offensive contact accused of kissing a court reporter in Johnson County last month. Loftin told CBS 11 that he blew the reporter a kiss as an apology for talking in court . H says the alleged kiss was less than John McCain gave to Sarah Palin. If convicted, Loftin faces a maximum fine of $500. The court reporter hasn't talked with media saying the facts will come out in court.
