A Dallas doctor is now locked up on murder charges four years after his wife was found shot to death at their home in Farmers Branch. Timothy Werner was arrested at the north Dallas clinic where he was seeing patients yesterday. At first, Sara Werner's shooting death was called a suicide. But Farmers Branch detectives have continued to investigate and they now believe she was murdered by her husband using a .357 magnum revolver. Police and prosecutors are not saying anything about a motive but expect to release more information soon.
