Fort Worth Thieves Hitting U-Haul For Gas

While you're still paying near record highs for gasoline, thieves in Fort Worth are helping themselves at a U-Haul store.
Every time gas prices spike, thieves come to the U-Haul store near I-30 and the east loop in the overnight hours and siphon gas out of their moving trucks.  It has happened three times this week, and Ken Birch tells CBS-11 the theft creates a huge headache for them when customers come in the next morning.
Not only is it a hassle, it's costing Birch's business big money he estimates about 4,000 dollars a month.  Birch says they've hired security and installed more cameras, but so far, they've had no luck catching the thieves in the act.
