Mark Cuban may join the board of directors at Yahoo. It would be part of billionaire investor Carl Icahn's plan to take over the board of Yahoo.
Icahn has written the company's chairman blasting the current board, accusing them of acting "irrationally" and having "completely botched" Microsoft's merger offer. Icahn's alternative slate of director candidates includes the Mavericks owner, plus former Hollywood executive Frank Biondi and Icahn himself.
