Million Dollar Lottery Ticket Not Cashed In

Who would pass up $7.1 million dollars after taxes.  It's happened in Texas after a lotto ticket went unclaimed by last night's deadline.
The winner bought the ticket at the Big Country Mart in Burleson on May 6th and the store still gets its One-Percent share for selling it.   That comes to $110-thousand dollars for Big Country.
