A Dallas mother remains locked up on child endangerment charges after police found her three small children alone in the car while the woman was getting drunk in an Old East Dallas bar. The children, ages two, four and eleven-months, were not hurt. Asia Thomas was taken to jail when police were called to Lakewood Landing, a Live Oak Street tavern. A 911 caller said three children were alone and crying in the car while Thomas and two friends were drinking inside for close to an hour. She pleaded with police not to arrest her because it was the four-year-old's birthday.
