NFL owners are considering a ban on long hair.
They say they're tired of players like Troy Polamalu of Pittsburgh, Al Harris of Green Bay and Marion Barber of the Cowboys having hair that covers up the names and sometimes even the numbers on the back of their jerseys.
This new rule wouldn't require them to get a haircut but it would force them to at least stuff it up under their helmet.
