An Oak Cliff pastor is in Baltimore where he may be named national head of the N-double-A-C-P as early as today.  Doctor Frederick Haynes is head pastor at Friendship West Baptist Church where he has developed a large following.  Yesterday, Haynes interviewed with the N-double-A-C-P board for three hours.  He is reported to be the lone finalist for the job and would become the first president from Texas in the N-double-A-C-P's 98-year history.
