Justin firefighters responding to a grass fire last night found more than they bargained for. They came upon the body of a cab driver...in a field about five miles west of the Texas Motor Speedway. The driver, a man of middle eastern descent, had been burned and stabbed and his throat was slashed. His blue van...marked as a Freedom taxi cab was found about a mile away. There was blood in the front and back seats, and no money in the van or on the driver. Police believe robbery was the motive for the murder.
