Registered Sex Offenders Meeting In Weatherford

Registered sex offenders from three counties have a meeting in Weatherford tomorrow night and attendance is not optional.
With all the children out trick-or-treating the Parker County Supervision Office wants the registered sex offenders in one building from 6:30 until 10.  It not only guarantees they won't be near children it gives them an alibi if someone makes an accusation.  Chief Probation Officer Mike Stack is expecting more than 70.
Those who don't show up and don't have a doctor's reason phoned in ahead of time can count on a visit from a sheriff's deputy.
