Dallas police accuse a substitute teacher with being drunk in class. Thomas Brownlee was arrested at Parkhill Junior High in Far North Dallas yesterday. A colleague got suspicious and called in an officer who was on duty at the school. The officer tried to give Brownlee a sobriety test and decided he was too drunk to even continue.
