Woman Who Cried Rape May Be Getting Out Of Jail

The woman who was convicted of involuntary manslaughter in the death of her lover may be getting out of jail tonight. Tracy Roberson was sentenced to five years in prison but is expected to get out tonight on a 25-thousand dollar bond as her case isappealed. Roberson's husband killed her lover after he caught them having sex outside of her home and she cried rape.
