|
People trying to lose weight will tend to avoid fast food places, and try to be good by shopping at grocery stores instead. That's not always the best option.
Men's Health Magazine is out with a top 20 hit list of the Worst Foods You Can Buy at a grocery store.
On the list, starting with breakfast the worst cereal you can eat: Quaker 100 percent natural granola, oats, honey and raisins cereal. It's just swimmin' in fat grams. 420 calories and 12 grams of fat, a bowl of this cereal has the same amount of calories as 8 chicken wings.
The Worst Packaged Food: Marie Callender's Creamy Parmesan Chicken Pot Pie. One serving has 1,060 calories, 64 grams of fat and 14 hundred 40 milligrams of sodium. That's as much fat as 2 dozen strips of bacon.
