KRLD Morning News

Mike Rogers
Mike Rogers co-anchored the award-winning "KRLD Afternoon News" for seven years, before his switch to the "KRLD Morning News" in September of '05. But, he has been with KRLD since 1992. He had hair then. Mike also does some reporting for the station, including his special feature "The Other Side of the News." Mike was born and raised in Dallas, and attended the University of Colorado in Boulder, receiving a degree in Journalism. That led to dues-paying jobs in Grand Junction, CO and Beaumont, TX. Mike
finally returned to Dallas in 1987, working at the now-defunct KMGC-FM (Magic 102.9) before joining KRLD.  Click here for full bio.

Mitch Carr
Mitch Carr has been a fixture on the DFW radio scene since 1975.  His broadcast career began while in high school in Springfield Missouri and continued through four years in the U.S. Air Force, three years in Indianapolis and then "nowhar" but Texas.   Mitch and his lovely wife, Illeen, live in Garland and enjoy finding new places to eat, new places to travel and new friends to enjoy.   They also get a kick out of spoiling their granddaughters as much as possible!  Click here for full bio.
