An attorney for the Army psychiatrist charged in the mass shooting at Fort Hood says his client will have his first court hearing in his hospital room later today. Major Nidal Malik Hasan's civilian attorney, John Galligan, says the hearing will be held at Brooke Army Medical Center in San Antonio.

Denton Police have released a composite sketch of the man they believe attacked a woman while she was jogging Wednesday afternoon. Police say it happened around 1:30 on Roselawn, after the woman was overcome by some type of fumes.
