Men's Fitness Magazine is out with its annual list of the fittest and fattest cities in the country and guess which one we made ?
This time instead of Dallas or Houston we've got some Tarrant County representation in the Top Five. It's Arlington and Fort Worth placing second and fourth respectively.
Men's Fitness looks at several different factors including access to health care, air quality and the number of fast food restaurants per capita.
In case you're wondering Las Vegas is the fattest city in the country while Colorado Springs is in the best shape.
