The trip to school became a trip to the hospital for more than a dozen hearing-impaired students.
Dalls Fire Rescue's Sherri Lopez says the kids were heading to the Jean Massieu School for the hearing impaired when their bus hit a car on the Loop 12 Service road at Keenland Parkway.
8 of the students were taken to Children's Medical Center Dallas, the rest to Parkland, but again, all injuries appear to be minor.
No comment from the school.
