Fred Cowley has been a well known financial educator, Professional Financial Planner and Advisor since 1971. He has also been a guest lecturer in 49 states, Canada, Puerto Rico and Great Britain. Fred Cowley, owner of Cowley Financial, has served his industry as President of the Independent Insurance Agents of Tarrant County (Texas) and his community as President of the Greater Fort Worth Kiwanis Club and his church as a Deacon and Prias Director.
Mr. Cowley graduated in 1960, with a Bachelors Degree, followed by a Masters Degree, from Abilene Christian University where he also taught and served as an administrator. For eighteen years, Fred was an adjunct faculty member of the Society of Certified Insurance Counselors also earning for himself the coveted recognition of (CIC) "Certified Insurance Counselor."
Fred and his wife, Sheila, have been married for 50 years and have resided in Fort Worth, Texas since 1974.
