You see plenty of them around North Texas...bad drivers. Now there's a way to vent your frustration with reckless and aggressive drivers online. Mark Buchman has started a site, http://www.platewire.com, where you can lay on the cyber-shame by posting pictures or videos of bad drivers and their license plates. The Early Show on CBS reports the idea may be catching on because several similar websites have popped up online.
