A Fort Worth cold-case has been warmed up with an indictment charging a Dallas real estate agent with the 1986 murder of a young mother who was bound, gagged and shot while her two young children were playing in another room. Jay Williams was captured in April when detectives matched his fingerprints with those found on duct tape wrapped around the head of Sandra Lea Martin who was murdered during a rape. Investigators believe Williams was allowed in to look around under the pretext that he was interested in buying the house. When Martin's husband arrived home, their five-year-old son was wandering alone in the backyard while their two-year-old daughter was watching television.
