Some Texans spent the Fourth of July attending a Tax Tea Party at South Fork Ranch. The organizing group, America's Tea Party, says it's protesting high taxes, government spending, and bailouts for big corporations. Spokesman Phillip Dennis says elected officials in Washington don't take America's Tea Party seriously, yet. But, he says, they will. Organizers had predicted 50,000 would gather at South Fork. There's no official count, but reporters noted the actual number was far less.
