The reward has been tripled and Dallas police hope that will bring in tips to help find the killer who gunned down a swap meet vendor on Saturday. Herbert Orsburn was one of the vendors and shoppers who've gathered for years in the West End on Field Street under the Woodall Rodgers bridge. Early Saturday morning, shots were fired from a passing car and Orsburn was killed. Schepp's Dairy has posted a five-thousand dollar reward and now CrimeStoppers is offering an additional ten-thousand for information leading to the killer. Orsbrun was a well-known and apparently well-liked vendor, setting up his booth in the same area for the past eleven years.
