Man Who Suffered Fractured Skull Speaks Out On TABC And FWPD

The man who suffered a fractured skull in a raid on a gay bar in Fort Worth says police officers and TABC agents should be prosecuted.
Out of the hospital, but still on the mend, 26 year-old Chad Gibson says it was excessive force on the part of law enforcement that led to the head injury that left him in the hospital for seven days.
Gibson says even if it was TABC agents and not Fort Worth police that caused his injuries, they stood by and watch it happen.  Gibson says he's frustrated that the police chief Geoffrey Halstead was quick to shift blame to the TABC.  However, Halstead says they are investigating, and have since called off any joint raids with TABC.  Gibson says he's grateful for all the support from the gay community another rally was held to protest the raid last night in Fort Worth.
