E-Mail Story Print Story Text Size:   A   A   A Email Story Posted: Monday, 06 July 2009 3:22PM 5 Year-Old Shot By BB Gun; In Critical Condition Police in Haltom City say a 5 year old boy was shot in the head this weekend with a BB gun.  Police say the boy's 13 year old uncle accidentally shot the boy. The 5 year old is in critical condition at Cook Children's Medical Center.  Police are in contact with the Tarrant County District Attorney's office to determine if criminal charges will be pursued.
