How can you get revenge against an airline when your luggage is damaged? Well musician Dave Carroll figured he'd write a song and post it on YouTube.
Dave says while waiting to take off he saw a United Airlines baggage handler throwing his $3,500 Taylor guitar....which when he landed...discovered was indeed broken.
Carroll says he argued with United for nine months about compensation for the guitar with no results...so that is when he made his video.
Now United is paying attention...a United spokesman says..."This has struck a chord with us, and we've contacted Carroll directly to make it right,"
