Group Backs Health Care Reform

Senator Kay Bailey Hutchison is delivered a petition calling on her to support health care reform.  Specifically a group of people at Austin’s federal building wants Senator Hutchison to support some kind of federally backed public insurance option.  “Those of us who do not work for large institutions, large companies, who are again small business entrepreneurs, the people that drive this economy, we can’t get affordable health care because we  can’t be in a large enough pool.”  Lucy Frost says the only public health care option for most now is the emergency room and there has to be a better way.
