Mitch Carr has been a fixture on the DFW radio scene since 1975. His broadcast career began while in high school in Springfield Missouri and continued through four years in the U.S. Air Force, three years in Indianapolis and then "nowhar" but Texas. Mitch and his lovely wife, Illeen, live in Garland and enjoy finding new places to eat, new places to travel and new friends to enjoy. They also get a kick out of spoiling their granddaughters as much as possible!
Mitch's background includes news, sports, talk shows and public affairs and he is a self-confessed "news junkie" who is happy to call News Radio 1080 KRLD home these days.
