Actress Lisa Whelchel Speaking in N. Texas

Actress Lisa Whelchel, who played Blair on the TV series "The Facts of Life," will be speaking to and inspiring thousands of women in North Texas. On her journey this year with Women of Faith's 2009 Tour "A Grand New Day," Whelchel has been traveling to 27 cities at events that are expected to attract more than 300,000 women for a much-needed opportunity to bond, connect and be inspired. The events feature a diverse array of music artists, authors and performers in a weekend designed to offer women from all walks of life renewed strength and hope as they forge ahead, helping them thrive in the face of the shared challenges they confront every day.
