Arrest Made In Murder Of Brinks Armored Car Guard

Dallas police are now confirming the man arrested for a Balch Springs bank robbery over the weekend is being charged with capital murder of a Brinks security guard.
Enrique Lopez is believed to be the man in the video showing the September 18th murder of Brinks guard Cresensio Borquez.  That shooting happened at the drive-up ATM at a Chase Bank in Oak Cliff.  FBI agent Mark White says there are two other robberies of the same Wachovia bank near I-20 and Wheatland and a Loomis armored car robbery that are being reviewed.
Lopez and Jesus Sandoval were arrested Saturday leaving the Balch Springs Chase bank in a white car.  A white car is captured on the video of the Borquez murder.
So far Sandoval does not face charges in connection with the Brinks murder.
