Residents in McKinney and Frisco will soon be able to water their lawns two days a week and wash their cars. City councils in both cities approved measures that lighten up on watering restrictions. You still won't be able to water between 10am and 6pm. The changes in McKinney should go into effect in about a week, once the city decides on a schedule for watering. In Frisco, the new rules will start July 1-st. Two day lawn watering based on odd and even numbered addresses. But no watering between 10am and 6pm
