Farmers Branch Clinic Draws Ire For Swine Flu Shots To All Comers

Dallas and Tarrant counties are holding Swine Flu shot clinics today aimed at high-risk groups like children and pregnant women.  But this week, a private clinic in Farmers Branch has been offering the vaccine to anyone willing to pay the 20-dollar fee.  That really angers public health administrators like Zach Thompson at the Dallas County Department of Health and Human Services.  Thompson says if a shipment of scarce vaccine went to a private clinic, it means local health departments have been short-changed.  The state health department said Thursday it will investigate the Flu Shots of America clinic.
