Bosses in North Texas apparently aren't too eager to hand out raises according to some newly released numbers.
Cheryl Abbot of The U.S. Bureau of Labor statistics says that of the 15 largest metropolitan areas, North Texas wages increased only 1.4% from last year, the lowest ever on record for the area.
She says Houston was lower than us with only a 1% increase and out of the top 15 metropolitan areas, the worst was Phoenix which actually showed a decrease in wages.
