Police Say No Excessive Force Used During Raid On Gay Bar

Fort Worth police say there was no excessive force in the raid on the Rainbow Lounge.  That comes as Police Chief Jeff Halstead releases his final investigation report.   Three officers are being discipline for filing late reports.  One gets three days suspension, the other two one day each.   That's not enough says Jon Nelson with Fairness Fort Worth. Chief Halstead has re-written bar inspection policies and says had the raid happened under the new policies discipline would have been more severe.
