275,000 Adventure Playsets wooden playsets have been recalled distributed by an Amarillo company and recalled because the materials in a ladder can weaken over time. The Consumer Product Safety Commission says the play-sets were sold at WalMart, Toys-R-Us and other locations from 2004 through 2007.
Some of the sets were also recalled in 2006 for defective bolts.
