An early morning crash killed a Kaufman County man whose pick-up crashed over a guard-rail near downtown Dallas today. Kemp resident Jaime Sosa died when his pick-up ended up on its side and careened down a slope on the ramp from I-30 to I-35. Investigators don't know for sure why Sosa crashed but going too fast is one theory.
