Man Indicted Five Years After Wife Disappears

Nearly five years after her mysterious disappearance, a grand jury has indicted the husband of a woman from Denton County.
Katherine Stobaugh has not been seen or heard from since a meeting with her husband to discuss a divorce at his ranch near Sanger just after Christmas in 2004. Denton County authorities have focused their investigation on Charles Stobaugh since, but after a thorough search of the property, they've never found Katherine Stobaugh. Still, the sheriff's department and family members are convinced Charles Stobaugh knows what happened to his wife.
The grand jury has indicted Charles Stobaugh on a murder charge nearly five years after an interview in which authorities say Stobaugh was "evasive and untruthful."
