Blinding rain and vivid lightning moved into North Texas early this morning, spawning scatterd flooding and causing a slew of crashes as the pavment got wet. Heavy rain and even scattered thunderstorms are likely up through mid-day and even into the afternoon, there's a chance of more rain. And it'll be chilly as the temperatures fall through the day down into the low 50s by mid-afternoon. Before dawn, the National Weather Service issued a Flood Advisory for parts of Johnson and Tarrant counties because of an especially heavy cloudburst along a line from Colleyville to near Benbrook.
