A 32-year-old man from Hurst is dead, and Euless police have charged the driver of the vehicle he was in with intoxication manslaughter. A 2007 BMW was traveling northbound early Saturday when it hit a utility pole and slid into a tree. Police say the passenger died on the scene. 32-year-old Cody Worrell was treated at a hospital and then taken to the Euless Jail. Worrell is out of jail after posting 25 thousand dollars bond.
