Bureau Chief Robert Wood, sometimes joined by a panel of Capital journalists, spends a half hour every Sunday from 6-6:30 a.m. talking with everyone from the Governor to everyday citizens to learn the hows and whys of current events, legislation, and other matters of interest to Texans.
